OBJECTIVE: Create awareness for and drive participation in the annual John Muir Outings that take place each April throughout Georgia.
ACTION: The series centers around each of the issues the Sierra Club is tackling for that year. TinRoof wanted to make the events more experiential so we added subject experts that attended each event and brought more meaning to the issue. We promoted the events via social media, owned media online, and owned media offline.
RESOLUTION: Supporters felt that the John Muir Outings this year were a more holistic experience. They aroused the senses and stimulated their minds in a more visceral way. They felt more engaged and embraced by the Sierra Club brand.
